Attaining sustainable competitive advantage in changing paradigms of the business world is possible through highly engaged employees, and holistic well-being considered one employee engagement's most important drivers (Ryder, G., & Director-General, I. (2020). World employment social outlook—trends 2020. Employment Social Outlook, 108.). As per (ILO) International Labour organization's Outlook report 2020, there are more than 630 million workforces worldwide. Employers can contribute to reaching third Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which "Good Health well-being," by implementing effective health initiatives (Martin, United Nations- SDG. (2016). Health. Nations Development. https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/health/). The aim this qualitative research investigating engagement practices from perspective impacting engagement. To assess same, employees various IT businesses Bangalore City were contacted participate semi-structured, in-depth personal interviews for data collection. design employed Thematic Analysis (Braun Clarke, Qualitative Research Psychology 3:77–101, 2006), conducted over calls transcribed coded, leading development themes. Computer-Assisted Data Software (CAQDAS)—NVIVO has been used analysis. A five-dimensional framework established literature review, forming analysis parameters. five dimensions are; Physical, Psychological (Mental Emotional), Social, Financial, Spiritual. Then gathered allocated deductively these overarching findings study accentuate substantial focus on physical, psychological, aspects with inadequate attention towards spiritual dimension. lack proper balance among come notice. It suggested that organizations evaluate present status specific tools, identify gaps, formulate strategies encompass a approach enhance positively.
